Elevator is a kind of vertical elevator powered by electric motor. It is equipped with box shaped pods, which is used to carry people or goods in multi-storey buildings. With the occurrence of many elevator accidents, people have higher and higher requirements for elevator safety. In order to prevent similar accidents from happening again, the elevator designers have installed a variety of sensors and measuring instruments on the elevator body, and the inclination sensor is one of them.

 

 

Usually, the tilt sensor is installed on the top of the elevator to detect the verticality of the elevator in real time. When the elevator inclines too much, the relevant personnel will understand the situation in real time and deal with it in time. The real-time output angle signal of inclination sensor can also be displayed through relevant instruments and can be networked to form a monitoring network, so as to better maintain the use of elevators and ensure the safety of people in and out. Now more popular used in the elevator to prevent pinch injury sensor, generally using the infrared photoelectric sensor.

 

It is a device used on the gantry crane to protect people or objects from being pinched. The infrared sensor sends out a bunch of devices, which irradiate the transmitter or receiver installed on the other side of the elevator door. One side of the elevator door is equipped with emitter and the other side is equipped with receiver. When the middle beam is blocked and the receiver cannot receive the transmitted beam, it will react to the controller and then to the elevator main board, and the elevator door will naturally open.

 

In addition, there are encoders in the elevator, which convert the speed signal into electrical signal. It has two main functions: one is to detect the real-time position of the elevator in the shaft; the other is to detect the real-time speed of the elevator. Finally, there are many sensor applications such as acceleration sensor, pressure sensor, displacement sensor, weighing sensor and so on.
