Many vibration sensing techniques of MSI's piezoelectric technology

Like a very traditional sensor, these accelerometers can be configured for compression design or beam design. The accelerometer designed by compression usually has a higher resonant frequency and provides a wider useful frequency band. Therefore, their sensitivity is often lower. The internal view of the MSI's ACH01~XX compression design accelerometer is shown in Figure 59.

In order to reduce the cost of the system and simplify the use, all MSI accelerometers include some integrated electronic sensor interfaces. ACH~01 accelerometer product series and ACH~04~08~05 multi axis accelerometer using a simple JFET impedance buffer. For these sensors, the JFET bias and signal processing are completed outside the device. The rest of the ACH~04~08 multi axis accelerometer series of products using special ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) to provide impedance matching, gain and signal processing. The system gain, output type (analog or digital quantity) and output shaft can be programmed (by EEPROM on chip), so that sensors can be configured for specific purposes simply. In order to minimize the power consumption, it also includes a SLEEP mode.


ACH~01 products are usually used in applications with wide band, high sensitivity, low noise and low cost. ??????:???????????????????????????????????????????


ACH~04~08 series of products, the performance of wide, and can be used for many purposes, such as computer hard disk vibration induction, speaker feedback and control system, household appliances, fault monitoring, virtual reality systems, automotive systems, medical human movement monitoring system, material handling and transportation damage monitoring system, GPS system, vibration switch and earthquake circuit breaker. The use of ACH-04-08 is ideal for OEM applications of multi axis measurement of acceleration or vibration.
